Eko Park

Private apartment, Jemiołuszki, Lublin, Poland

2024

A contemporary studio apartment in EKO PARK, Lublin, designed for a young IT professional. The open-plan layout connects the entrance hall, kitchen and living area with access to a balcony, while mirrored surfaces and layered lighting enhance the sense of space. The kitchen extends into a breakfast bar, flowing into a lounge area with a generous sofa. A distinctive curved shelf continues the wall's geometry, creating a composition of greenery against a backlit mirror. Concealed storage, a separate study and a cosy bedroom provide functionality and privacy. In the bathroom, crisp white surfaces are paired with wood textures and black sanitary fittings. A restrained palette of deep graphite, concrete grey and natural wood defines the apartment's contemporary character.
